What I’m About
For twenty years I’ve stepped into brand-new roles and turned ambiguous concepts into working programs. Since 2024, I’ve led Philadelphia’s citywide ambassador program, the Phambassadors. I bring the same approach to every project: set a clear strategy, build the right partnerships, and design an experience people want to be part of.
Strategic Planning.
Vision, goals, and success metrics set from day one, then adjusted as conditions change. I did it through COVID-era travel disruption and I continued through for a major tourism year.
Guest Experience & Engagement.
From experience design to onboarding, training, and communications – turning first-time participants into long-term advocates.
Partner Development.
Tourism partners, civic groups, institutions, and vendors, brought together around a shared goal and kept engaged after launch.
